Terms & Conditions
Training Services Agreement
By booking and purchasing a dog training or behaviour package/session with Well Behaved Woofs, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
This agreement is made between Well Behaved Woofs and the client.

General Provisions
The purpose of this agreement is to outline the provision of dog training services for your dog. The Trainer will provide these services in a professional manner, and you, the Client, agree to follow the Trainer's instructions and pay for the services rendered.
Services
Well Behaved Woofs will provide dog training services as specified in the training programme/package, which may include obedience training, behaviour modification, socialisation, and other training techniques.
The Trainer will provide private lessons or packages for both the Dog and the Client. Details of each programme are available on our website. Lessons may take place at your home, an agreed-upon location, or at one of our hired venues. The goal of the training is to modify your Dog's behaviour and teach new skills while educating you on how to train and work with your Dog. While the Trainer will take appropriate measures to achieve training goals, no guarantees are made regarding the results. The success of the training depends on various factors, including your commitment to working with your Dog daily and reinforcing desired behaviours. Your Dog may be exposed to various environmental conditions, including vehicular travel, interactions with people and other animals, adverse weather, and crowded areas. The Trainer will provide or recommend training equipment, which you agree to use according to the Trainer's instructions.
